Evolución morfométrica de descompresión obtenida tras corpectomía. Dirigiéndonos hacia abordajes posteriores

摘要: Resumen Introduccion Hemos analizado la descompresion obtenida mediante corpectomia dorsal o dorsolumbar medida a traves del angulo de Cobb y el area canal medular antes despues cirugia. Ademas, se ha comparado evolucion tecnica entre los primeros 5 anos estudio posteriores. Material metodo Se realizo un retrospectivo pacientes operados 2005-2015 en nuestro centro abordajes anteriores Resultados intervinieron 24 observamos una mejoria significativa valores preoperatorios postoperatorios analisis morfometrico (correccion 4,18° cifosis aumento 130,8 mm2 con significacion p  Conclusiones La permite espinal significativa, funcion neurologica sin que correlacione las mediciones descompresion. Gracias mejoras tecnicas, tecnicas minimamente invasivas (abordajes posteriores MISS) permiten unos buenos resultados funcionales son similares obtenidos anteriores.
