摘要: Abstract Nanoparticle layers were deposited on a substrate of submillimeter-sized stainless steel wire. The produced from an aqueous TiO 2 suspension by pulse direct current (DC) electrophoretic deposition. electro-sterically stabilized was prepared beads-milling process with powders and anionic surfactant as starting materials. solid concentration the suspensions 7.5 30 wt% average particle sizes 10 50 nm, respectively. To examine layer structure, cross-section spontaneously cleaved perpendicular to inner towards outer applying heat treatment technique. state inside DC charging compared one conventional aspects morphology size distributions. More uniform can be obtained using those DC. By DC, relatively high volume density structure (up 0.35 kg/m 3 at 1.3 V/cm) obtained.
