摘要: A dual-directional light-control film with a high-sag and high-asymmetric-shape long gapless hexagonal microlens array fabricated by an ultra-violent (UV) imprinting process is presented. Such lens designed ray-tracing simulation micro-replication including gray-scale lithography, electroplating UV curing. The shape of the similar to that near half-cylindrical periodical ripple. measurement results prototype show incident lights using collimated LED FWHM dispersion angle, 12°, are diversified differently in short axes. numerical experimental FWHMs view angle for angular brightness axis directions through about 34.3° 18.1° 31° 13°, respectively. Compared result, errors axes 5% 16%, Obviously, asymmetric can realize aim controlled brightness. be used as power saving screen compared convention diffusing application rear projection display.
