摘要: High channel load in vehicle-to-vehicle communication leads to a degradation of the vehicles' range, due interference and hence packet loss at larger distances. Packet results from two or more concurrent transmissions, colliding receivers located inbetween, which is also known as hidden station problem. In previous works, our simulation study has shown that this 90% range. paper, we confirm by real-world measurements. We present methodology for transferring scenario measurement scenario, able evaluate problem stations. With three radios applying IEEE 802.11p standard, measure range under interference. measurement, find 50 70%. On one hand, there are less collisions only station. other identify receiving vehicle shadowing object itself an additional origin hiding slightly increases number even close
