摘要: Abstract Background Resident duty hour limits, new requirements for supervision, and an enhanced focus on patient safety have shown mixed effects resident quality of life, safety, competency. Few studies assessed how recent graduates feel these changes affected their education. Objective We graduates' perceptions about the supervision Methods conducted a cross-sectional survey from South Carolina Area Health Education Consortium-affiliated family medicine residency programs 2005 to 2009 by using logistic regression determine associations between participant characteristics responses.
