摘要: Hyalinizing spindle and epithelioid cell nevus (Spitz nevus) is an uncommon melanocytic lesion. The histologic features of this benign tumor can mimic those certain (dermatofibroma desmoplastic cellular blue malignant (metastatic carcinoma melanoma) neoplasms. We report a woman with hyalinizing Spitz review the clinical characteristics, features, differential diagnosis lesion presented as asymptomatic red firm nodule on her abdomen. Microscopic examination showed symmetric in dermis. neoplastic cells were large epithelioid-shaped or plump spindle-shaped. They present isolated individual cells, single linear pattern, small nests, fascicles paucicellular hyalinized stroma. Neoplastic prominent eosinophilic nucleoli evenly exhibited from superficial to deep Diffuse expression S-100 protein absence staining antibodies cytokeratin HMB-45 observed. diagnostic nevus. whose may dermatofibroma, nevus, metastatic carcinoma, melanoma. Immunohistochemical studies are helpful differentiate these lesions.
