摘要: A version of the finite-difference time-domain method adapted to needs S-matrix calculations microwave two-dimensional circuits is presented. The analysis conducted by simulating wave propagation in circuit terminated matched loads and excited a pulse source. Various aspects method's accuracy are investigated.
