摘要: A version of the finite-difference time-domain method adapted to needs S-matrix calculations microwave two-dimensional circuits is presented. The analysis conducted by simulating wave propagation in circuit terminated matched loads and excited a pulse source. Various aspects method's accuracy are investigated. Practical computer implementation discussed, an example its application arbitrarily shaped microstrip It shown that proposed form effective tool engineering applications. compared two other methods used for similar purpose, namely contour integral transmission-line matrix method. >
