摘要: Applying Navier-Stokes methods in the design procedure for laminar airfoils prediction of transition location still represents an unresolved problem. Accepting e*-method to represent a convenient tool, requirements coupling e* will be demonstrated. For validation necessary steps airfoil DoAL3 is chosen, which was measured transonic facility TWB at DLR Braunschweig. The limiting N-factor that wind tunnel determined beforehand.
