摘要: The objective of this study was to investigate the effect poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) molecular weight (Resomer® RG 502H, 503H, and 504H) on release behavior dexamethasone sodium phosphate-loaded microparticles. microparticles were prepared by three modifications solvent evaporation method (O/W-cosolvent, O/W-dispersion, W/O/W-methods). encapsulation efficiency cosolvent- W/O/W-methods increased from ∼50% >90% upon addition NaCl external aqueous phase, while dispersion resulted in lower efficiencies. phosphate PLGA (>50 µm) biphasic. initial burst correlated well with porosity microparticles, both which increasing polymer (RG 504H > 503H > 502H). also dependent preparation order method > WOW method > consolvent meth...
