摘要: The effect of dopamine receptor stimulation on the accumulation labelled inositol phosphates in rat striatal slices under basal and stimulated conditions was examined following preincubation with [3H]inositol. Incubation selective D-1 agonist SKF 38393 or D-2 LY 171555 for 5 30 min did not affect mono-, bis-, tris-, tetrakisphosphate. Resolution by HPLC trisphosphate into inositol-1,3,4-tris-phosphate inositol-1,4,5-trisphosphate isomers revealed that influence inositol-1,4,5-trisphosphate. Depolarisation evoked KCl, addition muscarinic carbachol, produced a marked increase both presence absence lithium. Addition reduce ability KCl carbachol to phospholipid hydrolysis. In lithium, (100 microM) enhanced KCl-stimulated hydrolysis, but this appears be mediated alpha 1 adrenoceptors because it blocked prazosin. (10 also carbachol-stimulated These data, contrast recent reports, suggest receptors do appear linked
