摘要: A DC to power converter in the form of a pulse-width modulator is shown which can sense via an indication duty cycle how much reserve available for loads using present input voltage. The device use at end telephone line where voltage supply impedance be appreciable. When power, as detected converter, reaches minimum critical level, signal sent out requesting increase converter.
