摘要: It is well established that circulatory insufficiency plays a major pathological role in the long-term complications of diabetes. In microcirculation retina, non-perfusion capillaries earliest clinically detectable lesion life and probably initiates neovascularisation (Kohner Oakley, 1975). larger vessels reduction or cessation blood flow commonly leads to stroke, myocardial ischaemia claudication legs (Jarrett Keen, Of three primary determinants (vessel diameter, perfusion pressure viscosity) abnormalities vessel diameter have for long commandeered attention clinicians research workers alike as prime cause insufficiency. However, diseased vessels, which may be narrowed unable distend, contribution viscosity changes enhanced. The present studies were therefore carried out determine if (a determinant) was increased diabetic patients, whether differed patients with without different complications, influenced by metabolic control.
