摘要: Oxygen is the most critical substrate for cellular metabolism [1, 2]. Decreases in oxygen availability to cells may result from impairment arterial oxygenation, reduction hemoglobin, decrease forward blood flow, or due a primary defect at tissue level (Table 1). This contribution addresses pathophysiology, clinical measurements, and therapeutic implications of deficit associated with low flow state circulatory shock extreme states cardiac arrest cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
