摘要: This study has focused upon the automatic components of posture and movement in a group ten cerebral palsy children carefully selected to represent spectrum abnormalities relatively pure by clinical standards age-matched normals. Each subject stood unsupported movable platform within visual surround was then exposed external perturbations or asked pull with one arm handle. In comparing performance each category normals normal adults assessed previous studies, process maintaining stance subdivided into two component functions: substrates which determined onset timing, direction amplitude postural actions from somatosensory, vestibular, stimuli were termed “sensory organization”, those establishing temporal spatial patterns muscular contractions appropriate produce effective movements “muscle coordination”. We found among seven clear localization dysfunction either sensory organization muscle coordination mechanisms. These results are providing some new insights these processes as well suggesting methods for developing more systematic understanding control.
