Train-the-trainer as an educational model in public health preparedness.

摘要: Train-the-trainer (TTT) is a widely acknowledged educational model across number of disciplines, including public health preparedness. However, many questions arise about its proper use, efficacy, and optimal role in preparedness education. After careful consideration the literature past anecdotal experiences with this model, TTT was selected as preferred sustainable method for Maine. Upon completion Year 1 Maine program, our evaluation results revealed that successful well received by participants. It evident potentially valuable tool preparedness, but it should be noted there no clear prescription implementing TTT. Institutions communities adopting an must flexible willing to revise training plan challenges are encountered. Future research required help clarify ways using promote 21st century.
