摘要: The theoretical prediction of molecular plasma features in non-equilibrium conditions relys on the knowledge microscopic collisional dynamics. state-to-state kinetic approach fact requires complete sets cross-sections for main reaction channels, including their dependence internal degrees freedom. In this paper, three classes (electron―molecule, atom―molecule, and gas―surface interaction) elementary processes have been considered, reviewing old recent results hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen plasmas. Within each class selected discussed, summarizing evidences investigation validating different methods by comparison with available experiments. Future achievements are outlined moving to polyatomic systems, great interest many technological plasma-chemical systems.
