摘要: The aim of this study was to compare the prevalence virulence genes in 158 Escherichia coli strains isolated from 51 clinical cases UTIs, 52 pyometra and 55 fecal samples healthy dogs by PCR. papC found 12 (23.5%) 19 (36.5%) 10 (18.2%) feces. papGII observed 3 (5.8%) pyometra, papGIII (19.6%) 15 (28.8%) 9 (16.4%) sfaS detected 22 (43.1%) 24 (46.1%) (34.5%) hlyA 17 (33.3%) 18 (34.6%) 7 (12.7%) feces, while cnf-1 11 (21.6%) 21 (40.4%) iucD (17.3%) 1 (1.8%) usp isolates UTIs 36 (69.9%) pyometra.
