摘要: This article seeks to provide patterns of how transnational communication may lead domestic policy learning. Existing theories learning, diffusion and convergence assume that learning change, but do not suggest general, empirically investigated patterns. Two case studies on the noise abatement around airports contaminated land show different venues in which takes place induce types change at national level.
