摘要: Abstract The accumulation of essential oil wormwood is influenced by various biological factors. A study was conducted to determine factors influencing the content and composition volatiles in Artemisia absinthium L. due ontogenesis organic differentiation. Thujone (T) trans-sabinyl-acetate (SA) chemotypes were harvested 2017 at vegetative, budding, flowering after-flowering phases; flowers leaves sampled separately. Results show that regardless phenophase, (EO) always higher than leaves, differences between them are larger from 0.31 mL/100 g (after stage) 0.91 mL/100 g (flowering SA. While plant developing, level decreases both leaves. qualitative flower leaf EO similar, with exception two compounds T five SA, which appear only flowers. main (α-thujone s-thujone) showed random fluctuations, while trans-sabinyl-acetate, major component tended decrease. An pattern peak values organs registered for selinene selin-11-en-4-α-ol Similar dynamics determined another 6 4 SA but overall ratio monoterpenes much sesquiterpenes chemotypes. During development, fluctuated it decreased, lowest detected after phase. confirmed compositional changes during development primarily quantitative revealed tendencies these investigated
