摘要: Display Omitted We developed highly flexible transparent films heaters using AgNWs and metals oxides. The fabrication process here is robust can be implemented in roll-to-roll.The uniform heating high temperature achieved by the hybrid at low voltages. For last few decades, conductive materials (f-TCM) have garnered great attention as electrodes, an essential component of optoelectronic devices such organic light-emitting diodes (OLED) solar cells. In addition to devices, a film heater (TFH) also important application f-TCMs. The latter uses Joule increase system under fixed voltage drop (?), while former or produces electric current. this study, we TFHs (f-TFHs) based on Ag nanowire networks (AgNWs) with metal oxides. were formed polyimide (PI) substrates spin coating, nanoparticles (AgNPs) indium tin oxide (ITO) deposited atop between spin-coating DC magnetron sputtering, respectively. According our experimental results, lower sheet resistance (Rs) enhanced mechanical reliability compared bare PI. matrix AgNPs ITO not only act insulating that holds heat generated from but form itself. At ? up certain limit, higher more attained AgNWs. However, operation failed over limit because local melting occurred adjacent center TFHs.
