摘要: Current interest in cascaded quadratic nonlinearity has led a number of au thors [1] – [5] to find temporal and spatial coupled solitary waves many classes other than the basic bright-bright solution due Karamzin Sukhorukov [6]. Like that solution, all known explicit solutions are express ible terms hyperbolic functions. Since functions limiting cases Jacobian elliptic functions, it is natural adapt search proce dure used identify dark-bright, dark-dark brighter-brighter profiles seek possibilities for periodic travelling waves.
