摘要: Abstract Seedlings of six wheat ( Triticum aestivum L.) lines containing the Sr 5 gene for resistance to stem rust were inoculated with urediospores Puccinia graminis f.sp. tritici , race 32, which carries P avirulence, and primary leaves examined temporal relation between hypersensitive reaction (HR) fungal growth. In up 95% all infection sites first host cell that was penetrated by a haustorium an epidermal cell. Infected mesophyll cells reacted hypersensitively accumulation yellow autofluorescing compounds. Fungal hyphae associated intensely developed not more than one, two, or three haustorial mother (HMCs).
