摘要: Neurotrophic factors play a multiplicity of roles during development. They can promote axonal growth in vitro and are capable orienting axons. Recently, molecular evidence suggests that neurotrophic axon guidance molecules reglate the same signalling pathways neurons. Yet only few critical studies have tested possible role for as vivo. In this chapter I review against molecules.
