摘要: In the paper are presented results of investigations concerning modification silica gel by mono-, di-, and tribenzylgermanium during a chromatographic process. These compounds exhibit biological activity characterized low toxicity. Germanium widely applied in oncological therapy. The unambiguously show that above mentioned derivatives can modify surface. have been confirmed FTIR, 13 C CP/MAS NMR, 29 Si NMR scanning microscopy. strongest bonds formed monobenzyl derivative, slightly weaker dibenzyl weakest (because sterically large group) tribenzyl derivative. mass ratio germanium to after was for 15.02%, 11.05%, 7.10% tribenzyl.
