摘要: The structures of melt-spun, and subsequently annealed, Zr70Pd30 alloys, which form a nanosized icosahedral quasicrystalline phase during the primary crystallization amorphous phase, have been investigated by means electron-diffraction pair-distribution-function (PDF) analysis. PDF analysis for this alloy was performed precise measurements elastic halo-electron-diffraction intensities. Possible structure models as-quenched annealed were constructed with help reverse Monte Carlo simulations. In order to obtain local atomic structures, Voronoi-polyhedra performed. A considerable number clusters Zr atoms in center are present simulated state, increases annealing.
