摘要: Abstract Important biochemical parameters of nitrogen metabolism were studied in the leaves and roots mulberry, Morus alba , subjected to NACl salinity. The total protein content shocked plants declined with a progressive increase accumulation free amino acids. Concurrently, protease activity tissues was also increased. Nitrate reductase (NR) under stress conditions. Ammonia accumulated significantly tissue salt enhanced activities NADH- NADPH-dependent glutamate dehydrogenase (NADH- NADPH-GDH) coupled increased aspartate aminotransferase (AAT) alanine (AlAT) may be involved detoxifying excess levels ammonia (by assimilation) found glutamine synthetase (GS) during conditions paralleled elevated tissue. magnitude these changes increases over time intensity.bl]
