摘要: A variety of applications such as spectrum monitoring systems and dynamic access motivate the development on-chip capability to measure frequency local radio environment. Toward this end, a prototype simple single-chip frequency-synthesized analyzer is presented. The design targeted for where would be component larger complex system. Therefore, architecture considered in order minimize chip area reduce power consumption. Although proposed uncomplicated, it nevertheless provides useful baseline measurement spectrum. was fabricated standard 0.5 micron CMOS process, measured results are given from 20 200 MHz.
