摘要: Abstract The present paper experimentally investigates the thermal performances of an Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) using a self-developed single screw expander. Experiments were conducted to study net efficiency ORC under different cooling water flows in seasons. Taking power consumed by circulation pump, tower fan and lubricant oil pump into account, experimental results showed that maximum value produced achieved 3.27 kW 3.04%, respectively, obtained at flow 12 m3 h−1 winter. also reported shaft expander increased gradually with growth flow. Under same evaporating temperature, system deteriorated increase ambient summer was decreased more than 16.45% In addition, consumption largest factor restricting other auxiliary machines. Therefore, reducing can effectively enhance system.
