A software platform for genetic algorithms based parameter estimation on digital sound synthesizers

摘要: In this research, we introduce a general-purpose sound synthesis architecture for parameter estimation system, which is employing genetic algorithms (GA), to search the space different digital synthesizer topologies. Based on architecture, have implemented software using SuperCollider audio and programming environment conducted several experiments. Primary consideration of implementation was modular flexible structure framework that may open wide-range opportunities musicians researchers in field.
