摘要: The transition relaxor-paraelectric in Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3 ceramics was studied by x-ray diffraction and Raman scattering at temperatures the range of 85–800 K. For high angles (160° 162°), a slight difference between two phases found. spectra show an evolution with temperature anomalies bands 848 cm−1 147 (shift intensity) Curie temperatures. This behavior is interpreted as experimental evidence perturbations nanopolar ordering related to phase transition.
