摘要: Abstract : The prediction of weather in complex terrain is a difficult challenge due to host physical and thermodynamic processes numerical issues involved. While many theoretical observational studies have been conducted on flow over gradually varying low slopes (hills), high mountains with steep practical consequence under diurnal forcing still remains an understudied topic. atmospheric boundary layer therein forced by thermal forcing(valley slope flows), large-scale synoptic influence or combination thereof, all cases the replete With interesting sub-grid scale phenomena that are paramount for mesoscale modeling.
