摘要: Aim A common problem related to cemented single crowns is the internal misfit, which may cause inadequate retention, especially when seated on implant abutment. The aim of this study was compare fit Co-Cr using a traditional lost-wax casting technique from laser-sintered alloy crowns. Materials and methods Twelve metallic per each were fabricated. effect thickness cement, originated gap evaluated. Crowns abutments with resin measured at five areas an optical microscope. data analyzed, means compared t-test (p Results width measurements for group (min. 52.19 ± 11.61 μm max. 140.01 31.84 μm) indicated presence significantly closed obtained through lost wax method 65.50 9.54 313.46 48.12 μm). Conclusion metal crown likely varies fabrication technique. use techniques that enable adjustment parameters, such as laser sintering technique, maintains desired between abutments. Clinical significance This investigated affects implant-supported crowns, comparing dental alloys. results indicate can improve accuracy.
