摘要: The diffuse x-ray scattering of Cu3Au has been studied utilizing contrast vari- ation by resonant scattering. data analyzed in view separating (i) individual atomic pair-displacements and (ii) to distinguish mere size-effects from those due charge transfer. A particularly interesting aspect the latter approach is that higher order correlations related transfer such as Fermi- surface effects can also be revealed pattern displacement
