摘要: The authors assessed the incidence of and risk factors associated with 30-day surgical site infections (SSIs) following primary (p) revision (r) THA TKA. In total, 23,128 2170 TJAs were identified between 2005 2010 in ACS NSQIP database. SSI rates, overall deep, 1.1 0.1% for pTKA, 1.18 0.4% pTHA, 1.68 0.7% rTKA, 2.9 1.7% rTHA. After TJA, independent BMI>40, hypertension, prolonged operative time, electrolyte disturbance previous infection, after dyspnea bleeding disorder factors. This study should help provide benchmark data TJA.
