摘要: Publisher Summary Mechanism-based enzyme inactivation is now a mature field of endeavor in which basic chemical principles are applied to the construction inhibitors. The design mechanism-based inactivating agents greatly facilitated by detailed knowledge catalytic mechanism target enzyme, but logic that links also makes such powerful probes process. A few general approaches, all involve introduction latent reactive functionality into carrier structure recognized and processed have emerged for agents. most common these approaches insertion function catalytically converted Michael acceptor, full breadth organic species, including cations, anions, free radicals, neutral species as benzyne cyclobutadiene, been pressed service
