摘要: Several hyphenated analytical techniques, including gas chromatography (GC) coupled with atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS), microwave-induced plasma emission (AES), and mass (MS), have been evaluated for methylmercury ethylmercury analysis following aqueous derivatization both sodium tetraethylborate tetraphenylborate. Both GC-AFS GC-AES were shown to be excellent techniques detection limits in the range of sub-picogram levels (0.02-0.04 pg as Hg). wide linear ranges, although setting AFS sensitivity has selected manually based on concentration mercury sample. Phenylation seems more favorable this study because its capability distinguishing between inorganic mercury, low cost compared ethylation. Although GC-MS is poor ranging from 30 50 Hg, it an essential technique confirmation products.
