摘要: Grain number (GN) is one of three major yield-related components in wheat. We used the Chinese wheat mini core collection to undertake a genome-wide association analysis grain using 531 SSR markers randomly located on all 21 chromosomes. numbers accessions were measured four trials, i.e. two environments growing seasons. Association based mixed linear model (MLM) revealed that 27 loci significantly associated with mean GN (MGN) estimated by best unbiased predictor (BLUP) method. These included numerous breeder favorable alleles strong positive effects at 23 loci. Significant or extremely significant differences detected MGN between varieties conveying favored allele and other alleles. Moreover, statistical simulation showed have additive genetic effects. Although modern combined larger alleles, not different from those landraces, especially contributing mostly phenotypic variation. results indicate there still considerable potential for use genome selection high yield
