摘要: A method is presented for obtaining the selection rules transitions between shielded 4fn or 5fn states of rare earth and actinide ions coupled to lattice modes in crystals. This extends our previous work which was limited rigid vibrational motion complexes crystalline fields. The illustrated octahedral at sites either Oh D3d symmetry. It clear from examples how apply other include interactions beyond complex thereby obtain effect coupling involving particles external complex. contrasted with that applicable case strong vibration‐electronic interaction, i.e., unshielded electronic states.A states.
