摘要: Abstract In2O3 nanorod bundles with well-designed morphology, hierarchical nanostructure and large specific surface area were quickly prepared via microwave hydrothermal method in the presence of vitamin C. The observations field emission electron microscopy transmission revealed that as-prepared samples constructed from lots well-aligned nanorods average diameter about 50 nm. To demonstrate their potential application detecting harmful gases, these bundle-like applied to fabricate gas sensor sensing properties examined. It was found sensors based on such novel exhibited high response excellent selectivity during NO2 at operating temperature 100 °C.
