摘要: Generalised knowledge allows us to know a lot about something/somebody we do not directly know: this is great cognitive advantage. At social level means that I can of things on people never met; it 'prejudice' with its good side and fundamental contribution exchange. In paper focus the importance generalised knowledge: agents' categories. studies trust building dynamics role direct/personal experience recommendations reputation bit overrated; while inferential processes in deriving evaluation trustees' trustworthiness underestimated exploited. We will experimentally inquire played by categories' respect opinion single agents: when better rely first ones are more reliable second ones. This powerful device has be strongly present WEB societies supported MAS.
