摘要: La maturation meiotique des vertebres differe de la mitose par plusieurs aspects. J'ai etudie deux ces particularites. 1) En meiose I, les chromosomes homologues sont segreges, en mitose, chromatides sœurs separees. un mecanisme controle bloque cellule metaphase inhibant l'APC/C tant que tous ne pas correctement alignes sur le fuseau. resultats contradictoires existent selon especes quant a l'existence d'un ce type. montre l'activite separase (activite indirectement regulee l'APC/C) est requise pour effectuer transition metaphase/anaphase suggerant qu'un type requis chez souris, organisme proche l'homme. 2) A l'issue meiotique, l'ovocyte reste II attendant fecondation, alors s'acheve toujours. Ce blocage du CSF et requiert voie Mos/.../MAPK. DOC1R, nouveau substrat MAPK, l'organisation microtubules au cours l'arret CSF. Ces font evoluer vision qui etait considere comme une lineaire aboutissant stabilisation MPF. L'arret non controlant aussi morphologie l'ovocyte.
