摘要: AbstractA comparative study of the absorption potentials simple rectal bladder (10 patients), modified (20) and ureterosigmoidostomy (10) was done with intrarectal instillation 22sodium. Results indicate that is significantly greater among patients ureterosigmoidostomy. The emptying patterns were also studied by ascending scintigraphy 99mtechnetium. Evidence provided in cases isotope distributed throughout entire colon. These studies proved role colorectal valve preventing reflux urine from rectum to proximal colon. Consequently, surface area colonic mucosa exposed decreased rate reabsorption limited.
