Using detention basins: operational experience and lessons

摘要: Abstract Any analysis of the causes and consequences urban development will portray a picture substantial complexity. Such complexities may impose limits on adopting detention basins or other compensatory techniques for stormwater management pollution control. This paper considers possibilities expanding use in Brazil.
