摘要: Abstract This article examines whether multi-level governance (MLG) as a practice has been established in Sweden. It does so by dividing into vertical and horizontal dimensions. The argues that there is policy process within Swedish regional degree of network introduced Sweden through the Regional Growth Programmes partnerships. partnerships also demonstrate how aspects MLG have become inter-twined. However, concludes not yet fully because no new level. with recommendations Committee on Public Sector Responsibilities, level may be too distant.
