摘要: Heteronuclear 1H-{19F} double resonance experiments are used to obtain the magnitudes and some of relative signs aromatic H-F F-F coupling constants in 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroaniline. It is shown that precision attained equal single technique with direct observation 19F spectrum, even case this complex spectrum. The large chemical shift difference leads certain degeneracies transitions proton spectrum hence ambiguities constants. These resolved by novel triple tickling experiments.
