摘要: Nutrition science is an age-old subject, and offers important theoretic instructions for human health protection disease prevention. With the development of molecular biology, it will be a key technique in 21 century. Combination biology nutrition, bio-nutrition formed. While combination genome nutrigenomics developed. Nutrigenomics covers wide range areas, which studies interactive effects between nutrients genes expression, predicts expressive response to nutrients. Genomics technology can help us identify some dis-ease-related genes, thereby people establish individual diet make their heath attained best status through adjusting diet. This paper focuses on main research its application.
