摘要: Abstract Aims The purpose of this study was to assess bowel function and quality life (QoL) in patients with Hirschsprung's disease (HD) identify who have ‘failed’ treatment. Methods A review a single-center HD cohort treated pull-through surgery from 2004 2017 completed. Bowel five years above QoL all were assessed using validated questionnaires. Patients treatment defined as one or more of: a) long-term stoma, b) needing an antegrade continence enema transanal irrigation, c) severe soiling, d) constipation.
