摘要: We analyzed the structure of cytoplasmic bridges called ring canals in Drosophila egg chambers. Two mutations, hu-li tai shao (hts) and kelch, disrupt normal canal development. raised antibodies against carboxy-terminal tail hts found that they recognize a protein localizes specifically to very early assembly. Accumulation filamentous actin on coincides with appearance protein. which is localized hours after actin, necessary for maintaining highly ordered rim since kelch mutant chambers have are obstructed by disordered hts. Anti-phosphotyrosine immunostain beginning germarium before throughout chamber The use antibody reagents analyze wild-type has shown development dynamic process cytoskeletal assembly, possibly regulated tyrosine phosphorylation some components.
