摘要: Hempseeds, the edible fruits of Cannabis sativa L. plant, were initially considered a by-product hemp technical fibre industry. Nowadays, following restorationing cultivation C. plants containing an amount delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) <0.3% or 0.2% (industrial hemp) there is growing interest for hempseeds production due to their high nutritional value and functional features. The goal this review examine scientific literature concerning properties hempseeds. Furthermore, we revised regarding potential use derivatives as dietary supplement prevention treatment inflammatory chronic-degenerative diseases on animal models humans too. In first part work, provide information genetic, biochemical, legislative aspects plant that are, in our opinion essential understand difference between “industrial” “drug-type” hemp. final review, employment by food industry livestock feed ingredient enrich fortify daily foods has also revised. Overall, intends encourage further comprehensive investigations about adoption field.
