摘要: This paper provides a novel method for detecting bottlenecks in manufacturing systems and the shifting of these bottlenecks. All are constrained by one or more Improving bottleneck will improve whole system. Yet, finding is no trivial task. Furthermore, system may change over time due to random events, subsequently shift from machine another machine. The detection determines based on duration active without interruption. very robust, easy apply able detect primary secondary wide range production systems. allows use simulation predict both steady state variable measurement likelihood being aids decision-making regarding allocation available resources.
